Refund Policy

The short version

Everything here is a one-time purchase (a Pro plan period or an evaluation-credit pack) — nothing auto-renews, so there are no surprise recurring charges to cancel. Refunds exist for payments that didn't deliver what you paid for.

You get a refund when

• Money was charged but your plan or credits were not activated(we verify against Razorpay's records — activation is normally instant, so this is rare).
• You were charged twice for the same purchase (the duplicate is refunded).

Not refundable

• Evaluation credits that have already been spent on evaluations.
• The elapsed portion of an active plan period, or change of mind after use.

How to raise it

Contact us through the feedback & support form within 7 days of the payment, with the payment date and the order reference from your payment-history page (Profile → Plan & Payments). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
