When was the National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) renamed?
The National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) was renamed in 2007. This change was made as part of the Institute's efforts to rebrand and reorient its services towards the needs of MSMEs.
Consider the following statements regarding National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme): 1. The Institute has trained 10,000 executives from 100 countries through 500 international programmes. 2. The Institute has accredited with 'UTKRISHT / उत्कृष्ट' 3-Star Rating by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. 3. The Institute has conducted 20,000 programmes in India benefiting 10,00,000 participants. How many of the above statements are correct?
Statement 1 is false because the Institute has trained 11,032 executives, not 10,000. Statement 2 is true because the Institute has accredited with 'UTKRISHT / उत्कृष्ट' 3-Star Rating by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), not the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Statement 3 is false because the Institute has conducted 17,672 programmes, not 20,000.
Consider the following two statements: Statement-I: The National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) was established in 1960. Statement-I is directly supported by the fact that the Institute was established in 1960. Statement-II provides additional context by specifying the Institute's original name and location.
