A three-day workshop on Base Year Revision of the State Level Index of Industrial Production (IIP) was held in Thiruvananthapuram from 28-30 October 2026. The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) in collaboration with the Department of Economics & Statistics (DES), Government of Keralam. The workshop aimed to strengthen the technical capacity of State statistical offices for the effective implementation of the IIP base-year revision exercise.
